What's new in this version

• The booking widget embeds into your own website with a single line of code: full catalog or floating button, with your light or dark theme and your accent color, payments built in and 12 languages.

  Before Your page on reserving.app worked, but your existing website still had no booking button: whoever found you there couldn’t do anything.

  Now Your current website becomes bookable without migrating it, without plugins and without knowing how to code.

• New “Widget” section in the admin tools: the code ready to copy, the authorized domains, a real live preview and a diagnostic that tells you why a resource isn’t showing.

  Before Setting up something like this had always required technical help, and when a resource didn’t show up there was no way to know why.

  Now You copy, paste into your website and know instantly what’s shown and what’s left to configure.

• The public web recognizes your members: they sign in from your public page or from the widget, see the members-only resources and pay with their voucher on the web too.

  Before The web treated everyone as a stranger: members-only resources didn’t appear and vouchers only worked inside the app.

  Now Members book from the browser with their member benefits, without opening the app.

• Creating an account, requesting access to an organization and accepting invitations can be completed entirely on the web, from a link or a QR code, with email verification and bot protection.

  Before Every entry path ended in “download the app” — a wall for anyone arriving from the browser.

  Now From a link or a QR poster to a member with a booking made, without installing anything.

• ReservingLock: the access list rules. Grant or deny entry to specific people, with optional expiry, above the resource’s general policy.

  Before Real-world cases — the member in arrears who shouldn’t get in, the one-week guest — didn’t fit the general access policy.

  Now Exceptions are solved with a tap, without changing the rules for everyone else.

• ReservingLock: new “Always available for members” mode, “Open door” button on the resource page (one or several locks), revamped configuration, device test from the panel and denial messages in each user’s language.

  Before Opening the door meant navigating all the way to the access section, and denial notices always came out in Spanish.

  Now The door is wherever you are, and it speaks to everyone in their own language.

• Partner Program: agencies and professionals create organizations “for a client”, configure them with the PRO features during the rollout and hand them over with clear tracking; the client sees who their Partner is and what each thing costs. Apply at reserving.app/partners.

  Before Setting up Reserving for others had no status: no permissions to configure, no tracking, no handover moment.

  Now If you build websites, Reserving is one more service to offer; if you run a business, it’s delivered to you up and running.

• The AI onboarding assistant gets sharper: it suggests your public web address, places your business on the map from just the city name and enables the QR, group bookings or amenities based on what you tell it.

  Before Key onboarding details were left unconfigured and had to be finished by hand afterwards.

  Now You describe how you work and walk out with your organization truly ready.

• A half-finished signup is no longer lost: a reminder when you open the app takes you straight back to the exact point where you left off, plus a “Setup unfinished” badge in the organization selector.
