Your club, on the web: anyone can book and pay from the browser

Version 3.0.0 takes Reserving beyond mobile: each club has its public page at reserving.app with gallery, features, and prices, and anyone can book and pay from the browser —with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay— without installing the app. Also new: group bookings with QR passes scanned at the door, availability calendar for admins, international payments in each club's currency, and an optional web account with password, magic link, Google, or Apple.

What's new in this version

  • Your club has its own page on the web: reserving.app/your-club, with its photo gallery, its activities with carousels and features, and its prices in the visitor's language.

Before A club on Reserving only existed inside the app: without the app installed, there was nothing to show a future member.

Now A link you can put on Instagram, a poster, or Google, and that turns curious people into bookings.

  • Book and pay from the browser, without installing anything: pick a day and time from a strip with real availability and pay with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Before Booking required downloading the app, creating an account, and being a member: too many steps for someone who just wants to try a class.

Now From the poster to the paid booking in a minute, even for those who know nothing about Reserving.

  • Optional web account, four ways to log in: password, magic link to email, Google, or Apple. And if you booked as a guest, tap 'activate your account' and those bookings become yours.

Before Bookings made from the web were left loose, tied only to an email, with no way to see them together or to repeat with fewer steps.

Now Your bookings follow you: on the web and in the app, with the same account.

  • Group bookings with QR passes: book several spots at once and each person gets their individual pass to show at the door.

Before A booking was one spot: to come with friends you had to make a booking per person, and at the door no one could check who came with whom.

Now Four spots in a single booking and one pass per person, impossible to sneak in twice.

  • Door scanner for staff: validates QR passes on the spot, keeps the real count of occupancy, and can even read a QR from a photo in the camera roll.

Before Entry control was visual: paper list or trusting the word of whoever arrives.

Now One tap from the home screen and the door is under control, with real attendance count.

  • Availability calendar per resource: paint blocks with your finger, publish only your real schedule, and undo if you make a mistake.

Before The resource's schedule was fixed: a vacation or renovation forced you to reject bookings manually, one by one.

Now What the user sees as free is truly bookable; what's blocked generates neither frustration nor cancellations.

  • International payments: each organization charges in its own currency, money goes directly into its Stripe account, and Discover shows prices 'from X' in each club's currency.

Before Reserving charged in euros and through the platform: a club outside the eurozone couldn't charge normally.

Now A club in the UK, Switzerland, or the US charges in its currency from day one.

  • Setting up payments with Stripe is completed within the app, and resource rules are configured with clear toggles instead of a technical form.

Before Connecting Stripe kicked you out to an external browser, and rules were edited over a block of technical text that was intimidating.

Now From 'I want to charge' to 'charging' without leaving the app and without technical knowledge.

  • Creating an organization takes a minute: the country is preselected, the address places itself on the map, and nothing blocks you without explaining why.

Before Sign-up asked for coordinates and irrelevant data, and if something was missing the button simply did nothing.

Now From registration to the first published resource in one sitting.

  • Renovated first screen: greets you, shows at a glance what matters, and debuts a home menu also for admins, with the scanner one tap away.

Before The home screen mixed empty sections and carousels you had to scroll through entirely to find something useful.

Now You open the app and what you're going to do next is one tap away.

  • Signing in with Google on iPhone no longer leaves the app: the Google sheet opens and closes within.

Before Google login jumped to Safari and sometimes returned to a blank sheet, with the feeling that the app had broken.

Now Log in with your Google account in two taps, without leaving the app.

  • Honesty in the details: an unpaid booking is no longer disguised as 'Confirmed', password recovery works on the first try again, and the confirmation email shows the correct time.

Before An unpaid booking could stay as confirmed forever, resetting your password could leave you stuck on a screen, and some emails arrived with the time unreadable.

Now What the app tells you is what really happened.

Who benefits

Clubs that want to attract members outside the app —with their public page and QR— and anyone who books: now also from the browser, without installing anything.
