The Solution with Reserving

Ítaca Fitness is a sports center/gym that wanted to combine class passes, resource bookings, and access control in one platform. With Reserving, their users book each resource by choosing day, time, and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that prevents overlaps. It activated passes: prepaid credit packages that customers buy once and use to book without paying each time (by default, 1 booking = 1 credit), a loyalty driver. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and money goes directly to their account. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android, and web), without installing anything on their servers; payment, pass sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
