The Solution with Reserving

Ítaca Fitness is a sports center/gym that wanted to combine class passes, resource bookings, and access control in one platform. With Reserving, their users book each resource by choosing day, time, and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that prevents overlaps. It activated passes: prepaid credit packages that customers buy once and use to book without paying each time (by default, 1 booking = 1 credit), a loyalty driver. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and money goes directly to their account. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS and Android), without installing anything on their servers; payment, pass sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
