The Solution with Reserving

Gimnasio Duna is a sports center / gym that wanted to combine class passes, resource bookings, and access control in a single platform. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time, and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that avoids overlaps. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and the money goes directly to their account. It added ReservingLock access control: users open the door with their mobile via Bluetooth when they have an active booking, without keys and without needing internet on the lock. The team migrated their existing data (members, passes, and bookings) at no cost to start frictionlessly. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android, and web), without installing anything on their servers; the payment, pass sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
