Currently we do this with Sportity, which (since 6 employees manage it) quickly becomes confusing and many sources of error can arise. Accordingly, we are looking for something new and Reserving.app was suggested to me.”
The Solution with Reserving
Sol Sport is a sports center / gym that wanted to combine class passes, resource bookings and access control in one platform. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that avoids overlaps. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity — one-off or recurring — that appear in the organization's calendar. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS and Android), without installing anything on their servers; the payment, pass sales and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
