Club Pádel Mistral is a padel / tennis club that wanted its members to book courts from mobile, pay with passes and open the facility door without keys. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that avoids overlaps. It activated passes: prepaid credit packages that customers buy once and use to book without paying each time (by default, 1 booking = 1 credit), a loyalty lever. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and money goes directly to their account. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity — one-off or recurring — that appear in the organization's calendar. It added ReservingLock access control: users open the door with their mobile via Bluetooth when they have an active booking, without keys and without needing internet on the lock. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android and web), without installing anything on their servers; the payment, pass sales and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
