The Solution with Reserving

Vértice Pádel & Tenis is a padel/tennis club that wanted its members to book courts from their mobile phones, pay with vouchers, and open the facility door without keys. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time, and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that prevents overlaps. It activated vouchers: prepaid credit packages that customers buy once and use to book without paying each time (by default, 1 booking = 1 credit), a loyalty driver. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and money goes directly to their account. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity—one-time or recurring—that appear on the organization's calendar. It added ReservingLock access control: users open the door with their mobile via Bluetooth when they have an active booking, without keys and without needing internet on the lock. The team migrated their existing data (members, vouchers, and bookings) at no cost to start frictionlessly. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android, and web), without installing anything on their servers; payment, voucher sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
