The Solution with Reserving

Estudio Faro is a health/wellness center that wanted to manage session and class bookings, and sell session passes to build loyalty. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time, and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that prevents overlaps. It activated passes: prepaid credit packages that customers buy once and use to book without paying each time (by default, 1 booking = 1 credit), a loyalty lever. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and money goes directly to their account. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity—one-time or recurring—that appear in the organization's calendar. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android, and web), without installing anything on their servers; payment, pass sales, and access control features are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
