The Solution with Reserving

Asociación Alba is a cultural center / association that wanted to organize events and courses with registrations and capacity control from mobile. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that avoids overlaps. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity — one-off or recurring — that appear on the organization's calendar. It added ReservingLock access control: users open the door with their mobile via Bluetooth when they have an active reservation, without keys and without needing internet on the lock. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android and web), without installing anything on their servers; payment, pass sales and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
