Pinar Workspace is a coworking space that wanted to centralize room and desk booking, online payments, and access control from a single app. It activated passes: prepaid credit packages that customers buy once and use to reserve without paying each time (by default, 1 reservation = 1 credit), a loyalty lever. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS and Android), without installing anything on their servers; the payment, pass sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
