Residencial Zenit is a community of neighbors that wanted to book common areas in an orderly manner without conflicts, with administrator approval when needed. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and the money goes directly to their account. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS and Android), without installing anything on their servers; the payment, pass sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
