Urbanización Nova is a community of neighbors that wanted to book common areas in an orderly manner without conflicts, with administrator approval when needed. With Reserving, their users book each resource by choosing day, time, and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that prevents overlaps. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity—one-time or recurring—that appear on the organization's calendar. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android, and web), without installing anything on their servers; payment, pass sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
