The Solution with Reserving

Campus Almendro is a campus/school that wanted to reserve spaces and control access to campus facilities easily. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time, and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that prevents overlaps. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and money goes directly to their account. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity—one-time or recurring—that appear on the organization's calendar. It added ReservingLock access control: users open the door with their mobile via Bluetooth when they have an active booking, without keys and without needing internet on the lock. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android, and web), without installing anything on their servers; payment, voucher sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
