Vértice Learning is a campus / school that wanted to book spaces and control access to campus facilities easily. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that avoids overlaps. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity — one-off or recurring — that appear in the organization's calendar. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android and web), without installing anything on their servers; the payment, pass sales and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
