“I manage an aerial simulation company with a Boeing simulator and need to set up a calendar where customers can easily click on a session from the app (we will have 2-hour sessions from morning to night every day of the week) and it would be great if the customer can pay for that session when booking, receive reminders and notifications, and I can see the reservations as well as other customers can see available days and times.”
The Solution with Reserving
Campus Aurora is a campus / school that wanted to book spaces and control access to campus facilities easily. With Reserving, its users book each resource by choosing day, time, and duration, with real-time availability and a unified calendar that avoids overlaps. It activated passes: prepaid credit packages that customers buy once and use to book without paying each time (by default, 1 booking = 1 credit), a loyalty lever. It enabled online payments with Stripe Connect (card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); card data is never stored in Reserving and the money goes directly to their account. It publishes events and courses with registration and limited capacity — one-time or recurring — that appear on the organization's calendar. Everything is managed from the same app (iOS, Android, and web), without installing anything on their servers; the payment, pass sales, and access control functions are activated with the organization's PRO mode.
